They didn't include the card, which made for a very awkward situation and conversation. Customer service is slow to respond. If you want to just get the box it is one thing.

Universal Yums has horrible customer service when it is that they don't want to rectify a situation. I was given two subscriptions for free after attending The Wendy Williams holiday show. The subscription was for a year. The boxes came regularly for like 4 months.
Signed up for universal Yuma box Signed up for universal Yuma box, it took forever to ship. I cancelled our subscription in February. Lo and behold, I am charged for a box the end of March When I tell them by email, since no one answers a phone up there, they want to go ahead and send me the box then cancel. Uh No! With blue candies and snacks all over the outside of the box, there's a sticker that sealed the exterior of my box it said 'the Emerald of the equator.'.
